Senior Developer - Front-end

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune/Mumbai for a Software Development Engineer II- Front-end (SDE 2 - Front-end) development role. The Software Developer will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining front-end for mobile and web applications from scratch,
• Collaborating with UI/UX design and back-end teams, and
• Ensuring the software aligns with user needs.
• Writing clean, reusable, modular code, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Reporting to CTO.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Front-End Development in Flutter for Mobile applications is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Ability to craft new complex mobile UI design components quickly in flutter.
• Ability to use AI coding tools to develop large volume of pixel-perfect front end code very fast.
• Basic sense of mobile and web app design, and general design principles.
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related Quantitative field from reputed Tier 1 Colleges.

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly compensation
• Individual performance linked Bonus, paid every 6 months
• Equity Grants (Time and Performance linked)
