Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience specializing in SFDC Configuration Sales Cloud Sharing and Visibility Experience Cloud Development & Customization Identity and Security Customization and Lightning. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to engineering and design projects. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes.Implement sharing and visibility rules to ensure data security and compliance.Utilize Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and experience.Perform development and customization tasks using Salesforce Lightning.Integrate Salesforce Identity and Security features to safeguard user data.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to align Salesforce solutions with project goals.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.Monitor and optimize Salesforce system performance and scalability.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SFDC Configuration Sales Cloud and Sharing and Visibility.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Experience Cloud and Lightning development.Exhibit knowledge of SFDC Identity and Security best practices.Have experience in SFDC Development & Customization.Show familiarity with engineering and design domain skills.Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Adapt to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional development.Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
