Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization Subscription Management Billing Salesforce CPQ SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. This role is hybrid and requires no travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Subscription Management and Billing solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce CPQ to streamline and automate the quoting process.
  • Develop and configure SFDC Sales Cloud to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing.
  • Maintain and update existing Salesforce applications to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.

  • Possess a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Subscription Management and Billing.
  • Have extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Show proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Lightning.
  • Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Configuration.
  • Nice to have experience in Data Governance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
