Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Subscription Management Billing Salesforce CPQ SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications.
  • Provide expertise in Subscription Management and Billing processes.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain SFDC Sales Cloud and Lightning applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Possess a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Subscription Management and Billing.
  • Have extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Show proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud and Lightning.
  • Exhibit skills in SFDC Configuration.
  • Nice to have experience in Data Governance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
