Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development & Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Experience in Billing domain is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Development & Customization techniques.
  • Utilize Omnistudio to create and manage complex business processes.
  • Implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interface and experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SFDC Integration methods.
  • Configure Salesforce settings to meet business requirements and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
  • Ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements for future reference.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development & Customization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Omnistudio for managing business processes.
  • Have expertise in SFDC Lightning for enhancing user interfaces.
  • Show capability in SFDC Integration for system connectivity.
  • Exhibit skills in SFDC Configuration for optimizing performance.
  • Experience in Billing domain is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Adherence to coding standards and best practices.
