Role Overview

We are seeking aSenior Destination Consultantto deliver on-ground relocation services for international clients relocating to Bengaluru.

The role involves supporting expatriates and their families with home search, school search, orientation, and settling-in services, ensuring a seamless relocation experience.

Key responsibilities

Deliver orientation services for relocating professionals and families

Conduct home finding and school search assistance

Support settling-in services and city familiarisation

Act as the primary point of contact for transferees

Ensure compliance with processes and documentation guidelines

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and cost efficiency

Experience & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in relocation, mobility services, real estate advisory, hospitality, travel services, or HR services

Strong knowledge of Bengalurus rental housing market

Familiarity with international schooling options

Bachelors degree or higher

Experience working in structured, process-driven environments

Skills

Strong communication skills with international clients

Detail-oriented and organised

Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills

Experience in hospitality, travel, or relocation services

Real estate advisory experience

Fluency in the local language of the city
