Senior Designer

Summary of the Position

Professionals with a Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant design experience in BIM & Revit MEP, with strong knowledge in:

• Revit MEP design (3D/2D modelling)
• Familiarity with BIM methodology
• Organized, motivated, and capable of working in a team

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Model FACILITIES using Revit MEP, especially HVAC systems
• Telecom devices modelling SP3D and/or PDS
• Cable tray modelling including tray supports SP3D and/or PDS
• Trench and duct bank routing SP3D and/or PDS
• Preparation of telecom device layout
• Preparation of F&G / telecom device layout
• Preparation of main cable tray routing layout
• 2D extraction from 3D model
• Device installation drawings
• Junction box schedule, cable schedule, drum schedule
• Control room cable routing and equipment layout
• Cable block diagrams
• Bulk MTO (cables, junction boxes, devices)
• Optional Knowledge: F&G, HVAC

• Availability to travel to site (1 year)
• Future mobilization to project
• Possible mobilization to Spain office
