At I-PAC, weve always played big. We have helped Indias top political leaders win elections, transformed how campaigns are fought in India, and redefined how democracy operates in the country. In the process, we created an entirely new domain of political consulting.

Now, the founders are assembling an exclusive core team to build something that has never been done before, this time in a completely new domain. As part of this effort, we are looking for a Senior Designer to join the Founders Office and shape the visual and creative foundation of this new vertical.

This is not another design role you come across on LinkedIn. This is about building from zero to one, defining how something looks, feels, and communicates before it even exists. You will be the main design point of contact for the new vertical, owning everything from early visual thinking to execution at scale.

What you build here will not stop at one vertical. This role sits at the very beginning of a larger ambition to build one of the worlds best design studios in the future. If you want to be part of creating a design institution known for craft, clarity, and impact, this is where it starts.

The role will require you to wear multiple hats including brand builder, visual storyteller, design strategist, and hands-on executor, while driving outcomes that leave a lasting impact.

We are preferably seeking applicants who have completed their education from the National Institute of Design (NID) or the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) .
