Senior Design Verification Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Verification Manager to lead end-to-end verification and validation of advanced connectivity across industrial, automotive, and embedded markets. This role combines deep technical ownership with people leadership, driving flawless execution across pre-silicon and post-silicon phases.

You will work closely with global design, software, analog, and silicon validation teams to deliver high-quality, differentiated products while continuously improving verification methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Digital Verification and Validation (DV & AVnV) across pre-silicon and post-silicon platforms (FPGA, emulation, Palladium)
• Drive RTL and GLS regressions, functional and code coverage closure
• Support and guide power-aware verification, AMS flows, and silicon bring-up activities
• Mentor and manage verification engineers, supporting technical growth and career development
• Participate in and lead design and verification reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Design, Software, Analog, Test, and Applications
• Innovate and improve verification methodologies, tools, and flows in partnership with EDA teams
• Support silicon debug, customer application analysis, and post-silicon validation efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Digital Verification
• Strong experience across pre-silicon and post-silicon verification environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in fast-evolving programs
