Senior Design Team Lead (Civil): Thermal & Solar

CLIENT: Global Design & Engineering Solutions company undertaking wide portfolio of engineering services. Has secured significant projects in the Middle East to enhance high-voltage electricity grids. Looking for Sub-Station Design Leads in Civil & Structural and Electrical to work at captive GLOBAL CAPABILITY CENTRE in Gurgaon.

Key Drivers:

• Review & execute Engineering Activities of Civil/Structural Engineering of Solar PV Power Plants.
• Review BOQ and submit to contracts team and providing technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines for ensuring inter-departmental checks.
• Provide support & clarifications to the Site Execution team.
• Provide support to Electrical DC, AC & Instrumentation for reviewing Vendor drawings
• Clarify issues w.r.t. the design & requirements of the client to the Site Execution Team
• Collect inputs for project details (Soil report, boundary coordinates, Topo Survey etc.) from client & Section Head.

Incumbent Profile:

• BE Civil, incisive experience in conducting structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience in Solar Power projects.
• Design Lead shall have technical expertise in Engineering activities for civil & structural

covering control room buildings, transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, inverter rooms, grading, roads and drainage, outdoor steel structures and miscellaneous work related to the Solar Power Plant. Design Lead shall be able to review Vendor engineering

documents with respect to Civil & Structural design. The Design Lead (Civil / Structural) is required to understand and interpret the contractual technical requirements and facilitate the

Project Teams.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 35LPA
