Senior Design Manager - Architecture

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Design Manager with expertise in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD, and proven experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will have 612 years of architectural experience and a strong background in leading projects from concept through construction documentation using BIM-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and delivery for High-Rise Residential & Commercial projects.
• Drive BIM implementation using Revit across all design phases.
• Develop, review, and coordinate detailed BIM models with structural.
• Ensure high-quality production of drawings and documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related design issues.
• Lead and mentor internal design teams to maintain documentation standards and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 612 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial projects.
• Proven leadership in managing design teams and project coordination.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling & coordination).
• Strong command of AutoCAD.
• Experience in BIM-based project delivery and consultant coordination.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction documentation standards.
