We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in developing world-class packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of packaging machinery and equipment based on customer requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and review 3D models, detailed part drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Inventor).
• Conduct design feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, material selection, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and service teams for design transfer and smooth execution.
• Ensure designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and functionality goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure design processes adhere to internal protocols.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams for technical discussions, approvals, and modifications.
• Maintain design documentation, revision control, and engineering records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, in packaging machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and engineering calculations (mechanical, structural, pneumatic systems, etc.).
• Experience in machined components, and pneumatic systems is desirable.
• Problem-solving attitude with strong communication and project management skills.

• Experience in handling customized projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, process-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of full design cycles.
