Senior Design Lead

We are looking for a senior design leader who understands fashion as a complete ecosystem and can take ownership of design direction, execution, and delivery.

Role Overview

Work closely with the Chief Design Officer to translate creative direction into four collections per year

Lead design across Mens, Womens & some experience in Accessories

Timeless global luxury rooted in classic tailoring for Men & Women

Indian ethnic and wedding wear with strong cultural depth for Men & Women

Oversee design development from concept to final production

Experience Required

Minimum six years hands on experience in fashion design

Strong exposure to both menswear and womenswear

Deep understanding of garment construction, pattern development, sampling, textiles, prints, and finishing

Strong capability in Hand Sketching or via Design Tools

Cultural and Technical Knowledge

Fluency in both Western and Indian subcontinent aesthetics

Understanding of heritage tailoring traditions, craft practices, and contemporary luxury positioning

Familiarity with embroidery units, artisanal clusters, and production partners

Leadership Responsibilities

Own design budgets, sourcing strategy, and pricing alignment

Ensure strict adherence to development timelines

Manage sampling and production coordination

Build and lead a design team when required

Strategic Capability

Comfortable using AI for research, design development, and workflow support

Ability to guide social media and marketing direction at a conceptual level to maintain design language consistency

Location

Gurgaon based role

Travel required for sourcing, supplier development, and collection work

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a small design project to ensure alignment
