Senior Design Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator with strong expertise in residential modular kitchen and wardrobe systems.

This is a leadership role requiring technical precision, client presentation confidence, and execution discipline. You will lead design presentations alongside the Sales Manager, supervise Junior Designers, and ensure technically accurate, commercially viable proposals for apartments, villas, and independent homes.

• Translate client requirements into functional and commercially viable modular layouts
• Lead client presentations with the Sales Manager
• Develop accurate kitchen and wardrobe layouts aligned with module sizing standards
• Review and approve designs, drawings, BOQs, and quotations prepared by Junior Designers
• Ensure margin protection and costing accuracy
• Validate site measurements and service readiness (plumbing, electrical, civil)
• Coordinate installation and resolve execution challenges

• 8+ years in residential modular kitchen / furniture design
• Proven experience handling apartments, villas, and individual homes
• Strong knowledge of module sizing standards and hardware systems
• Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and costing
• Experience managing high-value residential clients
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and modular planning software

All designs, drawings, BOQs, and quotations prepared by Junior Designers must be reviewed and approved by the Senior Design Coordinator before submission or execution.

The Senior Design Coordinator is accountable for technical accuracy, commercial feasibility, and execution discipline.
