The Service Delivery Manager – MES is responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within client organizations. This role involves managing service delivery teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing MES solutions to enhance manufacturing operations.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of MES projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MES services, addressing any issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Lead and manage service delivery teams, including MES consultants, engineers, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MES solutions and service delivery practices.Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds the agreed-upon SLAs and performance metrics.Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed to support MES implementations and support.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients on project status, service performance, and other relevant metrics.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Hands on Project delivery on GE proficy plant applications
