Role Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Delivery / Engineering Manager with a proven track record of delivering mid to large fixed-price projects across multiple domains such as BFSI, Technology, and other enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong engineering leadership, customer-facing experience, and a sharp business mindset to drive successful delivery, growth, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mid to large fixed-price projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Own delivery governance, project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers; manage client relationships and expectations at senior levels.
• Drive engineering excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and leadership teams on estimations, proposals, and solutioning.
• Apply estimation methodologies (e.g., bottom-up, top-down, analogous estimation) for accurate project planning and costing.
• Enable product engineering mindset within teams, focusing on scalability, performance, and long-term value.
• Leverage AI tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and delivery predictability.
• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering and delivery teams.
• Contribute to organizational growth initiatives, including capability building and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 14+ years of overall experience in software engineering and delivery management.
• Strong experience delivering mid to large fixed-price projects.
• Experience across multiple domains such as BFSI, Technology, or other enterprise sectors.
• Hands-on product engineering experience with a deep understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of estimation techniques, project financials, and delivery metrics.
• Exposure to and working knowledge of AI tools and their application in software delivery and engineering.
• Demonstrated business acumen and growth mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex delivery environments.
