About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Gemini models, LLM-based architectures, and GCP AI services such as Vertex AI to develop enterprise-grade GenAI applications.

This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and LLM orchestration, along with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Gemini models on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications using Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and GCP AI services.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using vector databases and embedding models.
• Optimize prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and inference pipelines for production-grade applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of models deployed on GCP infrastructure.
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and Google AI ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 58 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Strong experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Practical experience working with Gemini models and Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience in building production-grade AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks.
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI systems.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools and distributed computing frameworks.
