Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to design and deploy advanced analytical models for the financial sector. You will be responsible for transforming complex financial datasets into actionable intelligence, focusing on risk mitigation, recovery optimization, and the integration of Generative AI into production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced data analysis strategies and machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and integrate them into existing processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and analysts.
• Communicate complex analytical results and methodologies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Data Science role specifically within Financial Services (BFSI).
• Core Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks (XGBoost, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Statistical Depth: Strong foundation in predictive modeling, time-series forecasting, and regression analysis.
• Cloud & Visualization: Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS and data viz tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Education- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
