Required Skills:

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
• Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models to improve accuracy, relevance, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Apply ML, statistical techniques, and experimentation for feature engineering and model validation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Implement scalable and secure model deployments with CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices , including bias mitigation, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production models and continuously improve performance using feedback loops.
