Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join a Fortune 100 enterprise team focused on delivering productiongrade machine learning and Generative AI solutions. This is a handson, seniorlevel role for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of data science initiatives, from experimentation through cloud deployment.

This position is hybrid onsite (3 days per week) in Bangalore, India, and is open only to immediate or 30day joiners.

Compensation: 25 40 LPA base + 7% 10% variable pay

Location: Hybrid onsite, Bangalore, India (3 days per week onsite)

What You Will Do

• Lead endtoend machine learning and data science initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT and GANs
• Apply techniques including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and finetuning
• Build and train models using TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
• Deploy and operate models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Partner with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams to productionize models
• Use CI/CD tooling such as GitHub or Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices across the team

Required Qualifications

• 9 or more years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• 4 or more years of handson experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proven, productionlevel experience delivering Generative AI solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL (R is a plus)
• Experience deploying models in cloud environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code
• Ability to work hybrid onsite in Bangalore three days per week
• Immediate or 30day notice period availability
