Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 10 to 12 years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not be required to travel. This role involves leveraging advanced data science techniques to drive impactful business decisions and contribute to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problemsOversee the entire data science project lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoringProvide technical expertise in artificial intelligence to enhance the companys product offerings and improve customer experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutionsConduct thorough data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-makingDevelop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ensure the integrity and quality of data used for analysisMentor and guide junior data scientists fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementStay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technologyCommunicate complex data science concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerDesign and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of data-driven decisionsOptimize machine learning models for performance and scalability in a production environmentEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in all data science activitiesContribute to the development of best practices and standards for data science within the organization
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence with at least 10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model developmentExhibit expertise in data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation techniquesHave experience with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop Spark or similarShow a proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning models in a production environmentDisplay excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creativelyPossess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHave a solid understanding of statistical methods and their applications in data scienceDemonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyShow a commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data scienceHold a relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science Statistics or MathematicsExhibit a passion for using data to drive business impact and improve customer experiencesDemonstrate experience in mentoring and developing junior data scientists.
