Mandatory Skills
- Strong Python engineering experience for data processing and ML pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Dataiku DSS (project design, operationalization, DEV/PROD workflows)
- Experience building and running ML workloads in containers (Docker or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of ML Engineering and MLOps concepts (model lifecycle, reproducibility, monitoring, QA)
- Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, CI pipelines, and code quality practices
- Ability to work in complex, multi-market environments with evolving data and requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with recommendation systems, optimization models, or rule-based overlays on ML outputs
- Familiarity with commercial/sales analytics use cases (targeting, prioritization, frequency optimization)
- Experience standardizing ML pipelines for global reuse with local configuration
- Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments requiring strong validation and auditability
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise/public sector environments
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
