Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Scientist based in Mumbai. The Senior Data Scientist will focus on designing, building, and deploying robust AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, developing statistical and predictive models, creating data-driven insights, and ensuring the optimization of workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, implement solutions, and oversee the end-to-end model lifecycle will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Science, including machine learning, deep learning, and related methodologies.
• Strong expertise in Statistics, Data Analysis, and Data Analytics to assess trends, identify patterns, and derive insights from large datasets.
• Experience in Data Visualization to effectively communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in programming language - Python and hands-on experience with data processing tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in the financial services domain or working on AI solutions is beneficial.
