We teach teams at the CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India), ministries, and MNCs, and have developed training materials across multiple domains. Delivery formats include online, in-person, workshops, and certified offerings; learners range from corporate cohorts and government officials to students.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Python and Data Science Trainer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs in data science, developing course content, and mentoring learners across industries and educational backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end curriculum for ML/AI and GenAI (RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation) and analytics; define learning objectives and syllabi.
• Plan and schedule training programs; coordinate instructors, venues/platforms, and lab logistics.
• Develop and maintain courseware (slides, notebooks, case studies, assignments, mini-projects, capstones) under version control.
• Build and curate realistic datasets for labs/capstones; ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Deliver engaging instruction (virtual & in-person): lectures, live coding, labs, projects, and code reviews.
• Operate the LMS: publish content, track attendance/progress, manage cohorts, and support learners.
• Engage and support learners with clear communication and feedback
• Stay current on DS/ML/GenAI trends and translate advancements into timely content updates.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and training clients.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Data Science, or B.E. with a strong foundation in Python and machine learning.
• Minimum of 34 years of experience as a Data Science Trainer (referrals preferred).

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Python, ML, AI, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid foundational knowledge in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization techniques.
• LLM/GenAI: prompts, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning/PEFT, evaluation & safety.
• Solid foundations in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization, with the ability to explain and apply concepts.
• Cloud proficiency in one major platform is a plus (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to connect with students and motivate them.
• Willingness to travel and take on new responsibilities as the business evolves.
• AI algorithms & foundations beyond the basics: regularization, ensembles, search/optimization heuristics.
