Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise metadata management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through AI and machine learning.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and standards, including BCBS 239.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on metadata management best practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Business Requirement Gathering
• Expertise in Enterprise Metadata Management and Metadata Governance
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and policies
• Experience with Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Business Glossary management
• Strong understanding of Data Quality Management and Data Stewardship concepts
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning concepts in data management
• Knowledge of BCBS 239 regulatory compliance and data governance standards
• Experience working with data governance or metadata management tools such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, or Microsoft Purview
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
• Understanding of data warehouse, ETL processes, and data integration concepts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into data governance solutions

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
