Senior Data Engineer with EBX, Java

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days in office at Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore East) for a Data Engineer specializing in Java, EBX, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will be based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, implementing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, managing data models, supporting data warehousing solutions, and executing analytics workflows to ensure optimal data utilization. Collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams will be central for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise of 6+ years in Java (Must)
• Strong expertise of 6+ years in EBX (Must)
• Strong expertise in Data Engineering and Data Modeling
• Proficiency in implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and Data Warehousing
• Experience with Data Analytics tools and frameworks
• Solid programming skills in Java, with experience in EBX and Databricks
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work effectively in hybrid environments (on-site and remote)
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and big data ecosystems is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
