Hiring Senior Data Engineer with AI

Experience Range: 8+ Years

Locations: Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, Gurgaon

Must-Have

1. Must have 8+ years of IT experience

2. Strong Requirement Elicitation & Analysis skills

3. Should have the capability to understand requirements & convert to design

4. Extensive knowledge on statistical and analytical analysis

5. Advanced Python, production ML,

6. Generative AI (LLMs, RAG),

7. Strong data engineering (SQL/ETL),

8. cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure),

9. MLOps (CI/CD, Docker/K8s, MLflow),

10. Model evaluation & responsible AI.

Good-to-Have

1. LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DBs (FAISS/Milvus/pgvector), PyTorch/TensorFlow, Airflow/dbt, API design (FastAPI), observability for ML, privacy/PII controls.

2. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills

3. Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.

4. Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Build and scale GenAI solutions (RAG/agents),.

2 Productionize ML pipelines, ship Python services,

3 Partner with data/infra and client stakeholders
