Role Overview

As a Data Engineer, you will design and develop robust data pipelines, optimize transformations, and work closely with analytics teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data platforms on Azure.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Strong hands-on experience in Python

Solid expertise in SQL (joins, aggregations, query optimization)

Experience building ETL / ELT data pipelines

Hands-on with any cloud platform Azure / AWS / GCP

Good knowledge of Git / version control

DSA KNOWLEDGE MANDATORY

Basic understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms:

(arrays, strings, lists, dictionaries, sets, basic problem solving, logic building, time/space awareness)

GOOD TO HAVE

Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark / PySpark for large-scale data processing with databricks

Exposure to Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse

Azure stack ADF, Synapse, ADLS

Data Warehousing / Lakehouse concepts

Spark performance tuning

REST API integrations
