Quadrant Technologies seeks a Senior Data Engineer (10+ Years) to lead high-impact data modernization and migration projects for enterprise clients, specializing in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services .

Job role: Sr Data Engineer

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Key Focus Areas:

• Fabric/Azure Leadership: Drive end-to-end cloud data migration, architecture design (Fabric, Synapse, Databricks), and solution delivery.
• Hands-on Expertise: Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and analytical frameworks using advanced SQL and data engineering principles.
• Client Engagement: Assess current data environments, define future-state blueprints, and provide expert customer-facing technical leadership.
• Governance: Implement robust data governance and automation best practices.

Qualifications Snapshot:

• 10+ years Data Engineering/Architecture.
• Must Have: Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric , Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake), SQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and enterprise client engagement skills.
