Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Scala and Apache Spark to design and build scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and large-scale analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Build scalable data solutions using Scala and Apache Spark.
• Work with distributed data systems and handle large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineering teams.
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and reliability of data pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 68 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience working with distributed data platforms and big data technologies.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture and ETL processes.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Model

• Hybrid model: 3 days Work From Office in NCR/Gurgaon.
• Combination of NCR-based and remote resources may be considered.
