Responsibilities include:

- Software development with strong skills in database modeling (relational, multi-dimensional) and optimization, as well as data architecture, particularly with databases like Vertica.

- Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence Platform/Data platform sizing, tuning, optimization, and system landscape integration in large-scale enterprise deployments.

- Extensive work in multi-petabyte data warehouse environments.

- Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Java, Scala, or Python.

- Proven experience in developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Hadoop, relational databases, enterprise data warehouses, and OLAP solutions.

- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC/CICD practices, and tools.

- Proven experience with Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Scala programming, including performance tuning and optimizing data processing jobs.

- Hands-on experience with streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark Streaming.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems.

- Experience in engineering large-scale systems in a product environment.
