Senior Data Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer of hands-on experience in designing, building, and managing complex data architectures and BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), paired with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. This role will involve driving end-to-end data strategy, optimizing data workflows, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirement:

6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.

Expertise in SQL and advanced query optimization techniques.

Extensive experience with Snowflake data warehouse and its architecture.

Strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.

Demonstrated experience in designing scalable, maintainable data models and ETL pipelines.

Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience mentoring junior team members and driving team best practices.

Good to have proficiency in Looker for dashboard creation and data visualization.

Good to Have

Certification in GCP or any cloud vendors.

Background in sales analytics, revenue operations, or related domains.

Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Experience with other BI tools or data platforms is a plus.
