Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and dynamicData Analyst Lead to head our data analytics function. This role requires a blend ofhands-on analytics expertise andleadership skills to guide a team of data analysts in delivering high-quality, actionable insights.

You will oversee theentire analytics lifecycle from data extraction and modeling to reporting and business intelligence while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with theProduct Manager, Head of Data, and key business stakeholders to define performance metrics, optimize decision-making, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization ofcomplex SQL queries and data models for business insights.
• Drive the creation and automation ofdashboards and analytical reports using tools such asMixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel .
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, maintain, and evaluateKPIs and business metrics that drive strategic and product decisions.
• Ensuredata accuracy, governance, and standardization across multiple systems and sources.
• Translate data findings intostrategic recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor user behavior, performance trends, and product metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Establishbest practices and frameworks for analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with technology teams ondata integration, ETL processes , and system enhancements.

• Minimum9 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least2 years in a leadership or team management role .
• Strong proficiency inSQL (preferably MSSQL) with proven ability to handle large datasets and complex queries.
• Expertise indata visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards, and automation).
• Hands-on experience or deep understanding ofMixpanel or similar event-based analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and managingKPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks .
• Exceptionalanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in afast-paced, agile environment .

• Proficiency inPython or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
• Experience with event-based or product analytics tools such asAmplitude orSegment .
• Background indata modeling, ETL pipelines , or cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Experience establishingdata quality and governance frameworks .
