Senior Data Analyst Healthcare (Medicare Advantage)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 8+ years strong healthcare analytics experience to support Medicare Advantage operations. This role focuses on analyzing claims and enrollment data, supporting CMS regulatory reporting, and delivering insights through validated, automated reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze high-volume healthcare claims, enrollment, and encounter data to support regulatory, operational, and business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain CMS-compliant reporting frameworks aligned with Medicare Advantage requirements and timelines.
• Build and enhance automated reporting workflows using SQL, Python, and SAS to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance across healthcare datasets.
• Partner with compliance, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and CMS alignment.
• Support Agile delivery through reporting cycles, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and documentation.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL; working knowledge of Python and SAS
• Medicare Advantage domain knowledge (claims, enrollment, CMS reporting)
• Experience supporting CMS regulatory
