Senior Data Analyst

Beebom is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for our in-house Tech team to work on our new product, Beeboms Gadgets. In this role, you will own the analytics function end-to-end from data exploration to driving measurable business impact. Youll take ownership of analyzing data, understanding user behavior, and tracking product performance to guide data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data, ensuring it is accurate, meaningful, and actionable. Your insights will directly shape product and growth strategies, helping the team make informed, impactful decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values autonomy, curiosity, and clarity.

Requirements

• 35 years of experienceas a Data Analyst, preferably inmedia, digital products, or consumer tech
• Strong command ofMongoDB queries and aggregation pipelines
• Proven experience turningunstructured datasets into actionable insights
• Comfortable working withlarge-scale platform dataandtime-series information
• Experience withproduct or web analytics toolssuch asGoogle Analytics 4,Microsoft Clarity, or similar
• Familiarity withAthena,BigQuery, or other large-scale data querying technologies
• Strong understanding ofdata visualization tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
• Solid grasp ofuser behavior analytics, segmentation, and funnel tracking
• Experience withPython (Pandas/Numpy)orSQLis a PLUS
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills
• Aself-starterwho can define their own questions, metrics, and analytical frameworks
• Bachelors or Masters degree inStatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Analyze platform data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
• Design and optimizeMongoDB queries and aggregation pipelinesfor analytics and reporting
• Extract, clean, and structure raw datato make it usable and insightful
• Build dashboards and automated reports to track key business and product KPIs
• Dive deep intouser journeys, engagement funnels, segmentation, and retention patterns
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define success metrics
• Communicate insights through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
