Job Description:

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our analytics team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights and support decision-making processes across the organization.

What You Will Do:

• Lead data analysis initiatives, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Conduct statistical analyses to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, implementing best practices for data management and analysis.

What We Look For:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
