Hiring: Senior D365 Production (Manufacturing) Functional Consultant

Locations: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai

Experience: 8+ Years

What Youll Do

Lead analysis & design workshops with business stakeholders

Drive large-scale rollout projects across all phases: Requirement Gathering, CRP, Training, UAT, Go-Live & Support

Prepare FDDs, Fit-Gap Analysis, Training Guides & other key documentation

Collaborate with business & technical teams to deliver impactful solutions

Mentor and manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants

Evaluate production processes & recommend efficiency improvements

What Were Looking For

8+ years in D365 (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) or AX (AX2009/AX2012) with strong Manufacturing (Production) expertise

Solid knowledge of Core Finance Modules, Planning, Inventory, and Costing

Proven ability to lead requirement gathering & discovery workshops

Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to communicate at all levels

Strong documentation & communication skills

Willingness to work from customer location

Nice to Have

Experience in process improvement initiatives

Exposure to multi-country rollouts and complex business scenarios
