As a Senior Curriculum Manager (Academics, English) , you will play a pivotal role in designing rigorous, engaging, and research-backed English curriculum and assessments that empower teachers and accelerate student learning across the country.

What you will do:

• Lead the end-to-end design of world-class English curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments
• Conduct deep academic research and translate insights into high-impact learning material
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to enhance quality, speed, and efficiency in curriculum creation
• Review, refine, and elevate content quality across teams
• Collaborate with design and tech to bring a digital-first lens to curriculum creation
• Drive project execution with strong planning, coordination, and academic rigor

What you need:

• Expertise in the English language, English pedagogy, and age-appropriate skill progression
• 67 years of experience in designing English curriculum, lesson plans, or academic resources
• Strong understanding of instructional frameworks and scope & sequence design
• Experience teaching English or coaching teachers in English instruction
• Proven ability to manage complex academic projects end-to-end
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating scalable learning impact
