Job Description
Were building a lean, high-performance trading desk and are seeking a Senior Crypto Trader with ~6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and scale into a Head of Trading role.
What Youll Do
- Run your own crypto trading strategy from day one
- Full ownership from idea to execution, including risk and performance tracking
- Optimize and operate ultra-low-latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit s) strategies
- Scale P&L and build infrastructure around your trading edge
- Help shape the future structure and direction of the desk
Requirements
- Currently live with a profitable crypto strategy (or recently)
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, HFT, and execution risk
- Strong Python/C++ skills for rapid development/testing (plus)
- Strategic thinker with leadership potential
