Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Credit Collections Analyst, located in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and resolve overdue account receivables through timely follow-ups.
• Contact customers with past-due invoices, exercising professionalism, tact, and negotiation skills.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Supervisors and Account Managers when intervention is required.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure outstanding balances are accurate.
• Review unapplied credits and process refund requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, service suspension, and collections in line with company SLAs.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to receivables management and process improvement.
• Perform credit checks for new customer accounts and update credit limits based on positive/negative information.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure credit policies are applied consistently.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-7 years of credit and collections experience in a fast-paced SAS/high-tech industry
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and be able to change priorities in a challenging and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Experience with Workday, Netsuite, Zuora and/or Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments and at different levels
• Knowledge of excel at an intermediate level
