Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development
Develop and test segmentation models and collection strategies (e.g., call prioritization, Field allocations).
Support A/B testing for new strategies, channels, or customer treatments.
Connects with collection team to refine contact and recovery strategies.
Predictive Modeling & Insights
Work with data science teams to develop predictive models for collections (e.g., propensity-to-pay, RF probability, Recovery).
Use analytical tools to optimize resource allocation and improve recovery rates.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Collection ,risk teams to align on recovery goals.
Communicate analytical insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure all strategies adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve .
