Senior Analyst/ Lead Analyst - Credit Analysis of Financial Institutions (FIs) - 8+ Years

(Immediate Joiners are preferred)

Locations: Mumbai/ Pune/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Chennai (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit professionals to work in a global-facing role supporting Financial Institutions (banks, NBFC's, credit bureaus, asset management, Insurance, PE, brokers etc) clients. This position offers end-to-end exposure to credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement within an international banking environment.

Responsibilities

1. Perform end-to-end credit risk assessment for Financial institutions.
2. Analyze financial statements, cash flows, capital structures, and business risk profiles.
3. Prepare detailed credit notes, credit opinions, and risk assessment memos.
4. Build, review, and validate financial models, projections, and stress scenarios.
5. Conduct sector, industry, and peer benchmarking analysis to support credit decisions.
6. Mentor junior analysts and ensure high-quality, timely credit deliverables.
7. Engage with internal stakeholders and senior management on credit-related discussions.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in credit analysis of Financial Institutions (Banks, NBFCs, Credit Bureau, Asset Management firms, PE, Insurance firms) within domestic or global environment.
2. Strong expertise in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk evaluation.
3. Exposure to credit approval processes and credit committees preferred.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
