About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with an agency background who can lead creative thinking across brands while maintaining a strong eye for design quality, visual storytelling, and brand consistency . This role requires someone who not only builds compelling creative strategies but also closely reviews and elevates design outputs to ensure they meet both brand and business objectives.

You will work closely with designers, copywriters, account managers, and clients to translate briefs into impactful creative directions and ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead end-to-end creative strategies for multiple brands across digital and offline platforms.
  • Translate business objectives and client briefs into clear creative directions, concepts, and mood boards .
  • Review and guide design outputs (static, motion, performance creatives, branding assets) to ensure high visual quality, brand consistency, and platform relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with design, copy, media, and client servicing teams to align strategy with execution.
  • Ensure creatives are optimized for performance marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms .
  • Maintain a strong understanding of design principles, layouts, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy .
  • Provide constructive feedback to designers and copywriters to elevate creative quality.
  • Present creative strategies, concepts, and rationale to clients with confidence.
  • Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and platform best practices .
  • Mentor junior strategists and creatives, setting quality benchmarks within the team.
Requirements
  • 7- 10 years of experience in a creative strategy role within a marketing/advertising agency .
  • Proven experience working closely with design teams and reviewing design outputs .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative strategy, campaigns, and brand-building work .
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals and ability to evaluate creative quality.
  • Experience working with e-commerce, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is a Mandatory.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal teams and clients.
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and tight timelines in an agency environment.
