Senior Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented senior creative designer.

One will create high-end creative designs from scratch & deliver diverse projects of digital design. Will be responsible for developing assets for multimedia and graphic projects, including advertising, emails, social media, and interactive displays. You'll be responsible for producing content that matches the brand's aesthetic and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners (Static and GIFs), promotional artworks, e-commerce content, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Champion of the brands visual guidelines and identity, quickly and apply it as a lens across all the creative work you produce (digital, e-commerce, print)

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

Collaborate with business leaders, copywriters, and content managers to produce the final designs to ensure that all designs align with the brand image

Prepare briefs for each project and present design ideas to the relevant stakeholders.

Adapt graphics across various formats and placements

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Designer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, digital design, graphic design, or related field

7-10 years as a professional designer. Experience working on a global beauty/FMCG/Skincare brand is a plus.

Proven experience in a professional digital design role

A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity

Solid knowledge of design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects

A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
