Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Creative Designer / Graphic Designer with strong experience in visual design, branding, and digital marketing creatives. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, and capable of creating high-quality social media creatives, ad creatives, website visuals, and brand assets.

This role requires someone who understands design for performance marketing, can translate briefs into effective visuals, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, paid ad creatives, reels, website creatives, and branding assets
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver campaign-ready creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication
• Conceptualise and execute marketing creatives aligned with business goals
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer / Visual Designer
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media design
• Ability to think conceptually and visually
• Experience working in a startup or agency environment preferred

Good to Have

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or reel design
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives

• On-site only
