Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Counsellor at IIFA Multimedia's Animation College. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed course information, and supporting students' education decisions. The role includes handling inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining accurate records, and achieving enrollment targets. The Senior Counsellor will collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to effectively interact with a diverse student population.
• Proficiency in managing inquiries and converting leads into enrollments through professionalism and persuasive communication.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records, manage paperwork, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the animation or creative education industry is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar counseling, sales, or education-oriented role is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
• Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent professional qualifications.
