Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Counsellor Australian Education to join our Hyderabad team. This is a full-time role for a dynamic professional who is passionate about guiding students toward successful education outcomes in Australia.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience, a student-first approach, and the ability to manage the complete counselling and application lifecycle with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert counselling to students and professionals seeking education opportunities in Australia
• Guide clients through course selection, application processes, and visa lodgement
• Manage and verify documentation with strong attention to detail
• Stay updated on Australian education systems, institutional requirements, and visa policies
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal onshore/offshore teams
• Support clients with test preparation planning and application timelines
• Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction
• Use CRM systems to track leads, applications, and client progress

Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of Australian education systems, visa processes, and migration requirements
• Proven experience in student counselling within the international education sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi
• Ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams
• Bachelors degree required
• Experience in recruiting students for Australian universities and colleges
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard office tools such as Outlook,Word, Excel and Power Point

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive and competitive salary ranging from 6 Lakhs to 12 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and performance
