We are looking for a Senior Counsellor- Account Management & Client Servicing with 6 to 8 years of experience in New Delhi location.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Leadership

• Own end-to-end client relationships and ensure seamless day-to-day communication
• Act as the brand and subject-matter expert for accounts under your purview
• Lead short- and long-term brand strategy, insights, and consulting-led solutions
• Translate client briefs accurately into actionable direction for internal teams
• Proactively identify opportunities, ideas, and solutions that drive business impact
• Schedule and lead regular reviews, reporting, and health-check meetings (internal & external)
• Flag, manage, and resolve escalations effectively
• Oversee financial processes and account hygiene for managed clients

Team Leadership

• Motivate and guide teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and ownership
• Drive processes and best practices that improve efficiency and outcomes
• Attract, mentor, and retain high-performing talent
• Facilitate regular brainstorms to keep creative and strategic thinking sharp
