Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Corporate Sales Manager (Events & Marketing). The individual will manage client accounts and generate leads for corporate sales, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and oversee end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of event and marketing solutions will also be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities.
- Strong Sales expertise with a record of achieving revenue targets and negotiating contracts.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Understanding of Sales Operations, coordination, and CRM tools for managing workflows effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in events, marketing, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
