Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter with 57 years of relevant experience in the Hospital and Diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate and healthcare hiring while partnering closely with business leaders to fulfill workforce requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and healthcare roles
• Handle hiring for mid-level to senior-level positions
• Partner with department heads and leadership teams to understand hiring needs
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinate interviews and drive the selection process
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and TAT adherence
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the healthcare industry

Key Requirements:

• 25 years of recruitment experience in Hospitals or Diagnostic Centers (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of healthcare and corporate hiring
• Experience handling leadership and niche hiring
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in multi-specialty hospitals or large diagnostic chains
• Immediate joiners preferred
